$150/month; Military/Law Enforcement/Firefighter (25% discount); Family Membership Pricing Options Available.

 

Constantly varied high intensity functional movements. These classes are designed to increase fitness capacity. The workouts will include weight lifting, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and cardio movements mixed into different combinations and with varying reps and times. We can tailor ANY workout to meet your fitness where you are right now. Come check us out-first class is free!

Pump 30
$150/month (Free to Gym Members)
​

This is a 30-minute class designed to increase aerobic fitness and build lean muscle through use of body weight movements and incorporating a small body bar. It will be held Wednesdays/Fridays at 8:30 AM. 

Open Gym
 
$85/month
​

Can't make it to classes or prefer to do your own workout? We have space available for you. More about Open Gym schedule, etc. HERE. You are welcome to join any scheduled class for a $15 drop-in fee. 

 

Drop-In Visitor
 
$15 per visit (If you will be here for a longer stay, we can discuss pricing options)

CFAMM welcomes drop-ins to any Scheduled Class or for Open Gym. To help ensure we get you taken care of when you arrive, message us on Facebook to let us know you are coming. 

 

Personal Training and Small Group Classes
